Exceptional Agent

we actually never met Kelly in person. We met her online. She has been helping us look for a house in Clearwater for about a year. She has made the process of buying our house so easy. She was with us all the way and totally went above and beyond her call of duty as a real estate agent. She made sure that everything was done properly and legally, and that we had the right people such as service people to make sure the sale went smoothly. We could reach her all hours although we tried not to be too late she always took the time to answer our calls and all of our questions . She even got the locks changed on our house. Make sure we have the right inspection company and even gave us her handyman. she did an outstanding job considering we were 3000 miles away and we felt that we were completely taken care of. she lived over an hour away from our property, but was always there to let a friend in and whatever contractors were needed in order to pass our inspection. She dealt with the sellers agent which was not an easy task, and even got us an excellent attorney. There was nothing that she said no to. I found her to be friendly. We found her to be be friendly, competent, helpful, honest, truthful, sincere, and caring. Nothing ever rattled her. She is excellent at what she does. On Sunday, my husband John and I spoke to you on the phone regarding a waterfront property in Lutz. I am in a medical situation right now and John is handling all business, but I just wanted to say that we have had a very hard time finding a house although we are 100% approved for a VA Loan. As a result of that we have switched Realtors a number of times after losing several houses due to a busy market and low end price hunt for an empty nest home. We have changed our strategy several times and this includes contacting listing agents directly. After four months of this process and zero luck, I wanted to just take the time to commend you on a few things that I have observed completely absent in the comportment of other Realtors from just one phone call with you:

• Professionalism
• Answering your phone, even on Sunday
• Attempting to connect us with the seller to see the house in your absence, and immediately
• Inquiring exactly what we were looking for
• Your extensive knowledge of the area
• Your understanding of your seller's goals and wishes for the property
• Your time in educating your prospective buyer about the area, special financing and upcoming offers on the property in question which indicated time sensitive response
• Concern for the environment
• Concern for the future of the neighborhood of the location of the property
• Potential for the property in the way of both improvements and as an investment
• History of the property
• Your "drop everything and talk to this person as though they were the only client you had" attitude
• Your optimism and offer to help us even if this sale did not go through
• Your offer to be "our" Realtor and help us
• Your follow up (that matched what you said you would do)

I think I could probably list more observations if I took the time to think about it, but this list is just off the top of my head. At the very least, you showed politeness and concern from the onset. To tell you my very worst experience, I had one realtor show me only three houses and then yell at me and told me to pick one of the three or not waste her time and that because I didn't choose from one of the three (none of them were on the list I asked to see, by the way) that I couldn't be pleased.

I feel relatively certain with your level of customer service and not just looking for the quick sale of the highest price house on the market that day, that you do quite well in this business. You should write a book to train other realtors. You showed the utmost professionalism in just a single phone call that if I were financing the purchase and the decision maker, I would speak to you and you alone. In this busy market right now, there are a lot of new realtors (and older ones) making some huge mistakes and burning bridges behind them and hurting the industry. It is such a shame.

My husband is asleep and I am on the schedule for emergency surgery so I really don't know if he has even spoken to you so this has nothing to do with our hunt for a new home, I just wanted to tell you that you are both a fine person and a top notch Realtor.
